The Contact is recruiting an Aviation Supervisor for Pemba.
Function
- Answering to the Base Manager , the main activities of the position are to keep up to date the KPIs data base based on the provided data from the air operator;
- To carry out any other activities as may be assigned by site management;
- Whenever required, to contribute into the project operational procedure developments, applications and improvements;
- To issue a daily report and a weekly report;
- To prepare audit reports and tracker files for the follow up of corrective actions and any other ad-hoc reports when requested by the management;
- When required, to implement database for the monitoring of all licenses, certificates and training required for air operator’s personne;
- To assess and provide a clear picture of the situation in the sector of his activity in terms of personnel competence, training, document review (procedures, certificates, maintenance records, training documentation, etc.) and aviation means of efficiency utilization or application.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area;
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Oil & Gas Upstream Industry and/or Aviation activities;
- Knowledge of the company aviation referential, O&G aviation standards (IOGP) and ICAO & EASA regulation, IQSMS system Knowledge or equivalent;
- Previous experience in air operator operations;
- Proven experience in a multi-cultural context;
- Experience of relationship with air operators and airport services;
- Advanced MS Office user;
- Good command of English and Portuguese (will be an advantage);
- Capability to produce procedures, manual and studies;
- Possessing rigor and sense of organization;
- Ability to anticipate.
