1. Operation Coordinator

Job Description

• Verify all data received from all ships under the management of P&O Maritme 
• Ensure all operations data sheets are completed on time 
• Maintain correct completion of all relevant information and all data received from ships so that there is easy access in the event of recovery 
• Start document management system for documentation processes, main activities, manuals, failure recording and cost analysis 
• Assist in the evaluation of suppliers and third-party service providers 
• Submit monthly maps/reports required by other departments 
• Provide accurate and reliable reporting of data entered into Excel. This includes cross-checking and proper verification 
• Maintain and prepare documentation for extra operational reports of services provided and ready for invoicing
• Prepare weekly tug surveys to assess disparities with DORs 
• Complete requisitions for goods and services when necessary 
• Monitor the receipt of goods and services

2. HSSEQ Coordinator

Job Description

• Communicate the elements of the ISO/SGSI to the workforce and provide feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement. 
• Proactively promote safety awareness and compliance with Company policies and procedures to improve the level of safety and environmental performance and meet quality standards 
• Monitor all employees’ compliance with the Company’s health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment 
• Take corrective action to remediate safety hazards or risks and restore a safe work environment 
• Active involvement in all incident investigations, ensuring that processes in place are followed and documented and that appropriate corrective and preventive actions are implemented within deadlines • Incident Log Management – keeping it up to date and providing ongoing analysis to identify trends and recommend plans to resolve them. 
• Maintain Hazard and Corrective Action Log and work with individuals to close items. 
• Assist the Group’s HSSEQ Management in the application and maintenance of the Business Units’ Integrated Management System and actively work to meet the goals defined for the business. 
• Facilitate and assist in coordinating HSE training for employees. 
• Carry out risk assessments on all operations and tasks, and identify and take control measures to be implemented. 
• Assist in the identification of environmental impacts and maintain a record of aspects and impacts. • Develop and implement Safe Work procedures for tasks. 
• Implement safety programs – Safety observations and short safety talks. 
• Conduct HSSEQ inductions for all employees and contractors. 
• Prepare reports as necessary to meet the Company’s reporting requirements as directed by Group HSSEQ Management.
• Regularly visit vessels and shore-based work sites with the workforce to provide guidance, advice and presentations on IMS 
• Carry out audits and inspections at all workplaces, monitor and assist in closing conclusions. Maintain the Audit Log of all audits and inspections completed on vessels and Operations.
• Maintain a document control system and keep all files and records up to date and accurate to improve the efficiency of daily activities
