A Aldelia está a recrutar (1) IT Technician para Montepuez.

Responsibilities:

Installation:

• Defining the installation policy;
• Follow-up of the testing and deployment phase;
• User feedback and maintenance evaluation.

Monitoring and anticipation:

• Prospecting;
• Assistance in defining the budget;
• Preparation of the multi-year IT plan.

Technical management of equipment:

• Ability to manage IT networks (CPL, Wi-Fi, Ethernet);
• Access control and data management;
• Follow-up of requests (specific cases);
• Maintenance;
• On-site equipment;
• License/phone line management;
• Advanced IT inventory management.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science;
• 3 years’ work experience;
• Expertise in the general operation of a computer system (Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows Vista);
• Technologies such as Windows Server, Windows Server, Microsoft Active Directory, Lightning Server, Windows SQL Server, MS Remote Desktop Services, Working Windows, Microsoft;
• 365, LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi/VLAN networking, routing / firewalls, security, backups and VMware troubleshooting;
• Use of software and test materials;
• Managing incident information;
• Knowledge of computer networks (CPL, Wi-Fi, Filaire);
• Operating system knowledge (configuration);
• Knowledge of English and/or French is an advantage.
