Aldelia is recruiting a Junior Civil Engineer for Vilanculos.
Responsibilities:
Business Results:
- Ensure full compliance to SHERQ requirements and business systems.
- Understand infrastructure asset maintenance management procedures for road, rail, dams, concrete, structural steel, embankments, bridges, etc.
- Participate in asset inspections using identified techniques and requirements.
- Understand the defect analysis process.
- Learn and understand the asset condition classification based on risks and conditions.
- Utilize the civil asset database.
- Get exposure to asset modeling.
- Know and apply the BD&I model to Sasol specifications and standard drawings, and small project business development model.
- Understand and produce a construction schedule.
- Do a concrete mix design.
- Produce a technical work information package.
- Compile a material test report, with additional testing and concrete action.
- Perform quality control and assurance activities.
- Demonstrate the ability to understand and interpret surveying requirements and deliverables and verify site conditions.
- Produce reports and explain the different asset management procedures used in conducting defect analysis and structural integrity surveys.

Qualifications:
- University Bacherlor’s Degree.
- 0+ relevant year.
- Must have a driving license.
