Aldelia is recruiting a Shop Assistant for Maputo.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring tasks related to Store activities.
- Provide assistance to customers in transactions (Withdrawals and Deposits).
- Recruit, instruct and register new M-pesa agents in accordance with the targets set for the shop.
- Manage customer complaints; establish the bridge between the shop and the various areas of interaction to support face-to-face service.
- Identifying potential agents and attracting them to the shop.
- Attending to M-pesa agents from the shop.
- Complaints management.
- Ensuring the correct and proper management of the cash balance.
- Taking part in training and awareness-raising activities in order to ensure knowledge of products and services.
- Developing private partnerships
Qualification:
- Minimum grade 12.
- Solid knowledge of the telecommunications industry.
- Knowledge of English is an advantage.
