Summary:
As a Process Officer in Customer Experience & Innovation, you will be responsible for analysing, designing and optimising operational processes to ensure a seamless, customer-centric experience. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, increase efficiency and contribute to the overall improvement of the customer journey.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse current operational processes in relation to customer experience.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement process improvements.
- Work with cross-functional teams to simplify workflows and remove bottlenecks.
- Design and document efficient processes to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Support training sessions to educate teams on optimised processes.
Qualifications:
- Degree in business administration, operations management or related field.
- Proven experience in process improvement, operations management or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Certification in continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma) is an advantage.
- Familiarity with process mapping and documentation tools.
