A África Global Logistics Moçambique, S.A., empresa especializada na prestação de serviços de logística, agenciamento de mercadorias em trânsito internacional, de navios, de fretes e fretamento, pretende recrutar 1 (um) Controlador de Operações, para a província de Sofala, que estará baseado em agência da Beira.
Mission description:
- The Warehouse Operations Controller reports to the Warehouse Manager and is responsible for coordinating and streamlining the daily workflow and materials in accordance with the client’s schedule.
- Reviews and distributes work schedules and shipments
- Consults with department supervisors to determine work progress and completion dates
- Compiles reports on work progress, stock levels, costs, and inventory management issues
- Supervises and coordinates the warehouse operations team
- Plans and executes the receiving, storage, and distribution of goods
- Manages inventory and ensures accuracy of stock records
- Collects and processes data from all departments and sites
- Distributes production plans or service orders to the warehouse team supervisor
- Arranges delivery, assembly, or distribution of supplies or parts to streamline the material flow and meet order schedules
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent
- Three years of experience in Logistics and Warehouse Operations Control
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, including experience with pivot tables, macros, and other advanced functions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify patterns and trends in data and propose solutions
- Experience in data analysis and report preparation
- Excellent customer service skills
- Creativity, teamwork, proactiveness, and agility
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English
