A Aldelia está a recrutar um (1) IT Manager para Maputo.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the company’s technology, information and communication systems.
- Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures for the IT department.
- Ensure data security, network access and backup systems.
- Identify problem areas and implement strategic solutions in good time.
- Audit systems and evaluate their results.
- Preserve assets, information security and control structures.
- Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software and hardware.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies in hardware and software.
- Create and maintain an inventory of existing hardware and software.
- Create and administer disaster plans to keep the company functional in the event of crises and/or external attacks.
Qualifications:
- Degree in computer engineering, information management systems, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a senior IT technician or equivalent;
- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and hardware/software systems.
- Practical experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation.
- Ability to manage small teams, including subcontractors.
- Experience of, or knowledge of, programming languages and operating systems (MS Exchange, Active Directory and other Windows-based systems); current equipment and technologies; business backup and recovery procedures; and system performance monitoring.
