Job Purpose

Support Personnel Activities: crew change, accommodation, transfer of personnel and follow up of the associated requests.

Job Description

Support Personnel logistics for onshore & offshore crew;
Keep track of personnel movements requests (roster) and data tracking on ERP software;
Coordinate relationships with local Agent for hotel booking, meet & greet at airport;
Assist in Transportation arrangements (incl charter flight, vehicles fleet);
Report any arising problems or complaints to the Logistics Management Team Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements;

You are meant for this job if:

Prior experience in the oil & gas industry is a plus +/- 3 years of experience in same position Ability to work in a dynamic and complex environment on a large-scale Project Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Proficiency in logistics software and tools (Pack office , ERP software) English skills are mandatory
