A Aldelia está a recrutar um (1) HR Development Analyst para Maputo.
Responsibilities:
- Management of the organizational structure and job descriptions.
- Conducting recruitment, selection and integration processes for new employees.
- Performance and career management.
- Implementation of all stages of the professional training process;
- Management of organizational climate and culture processes; and
- Coordination of internal communication and other human resources processes.
- Assess and propose the main sources of recruitment.
- Liaise with the main sources of recruitment, including universities and technical schools.
- Conduct recruitment processes for different positions, ensuring that all processes are approved in advance by management.
- Validate recruitment profiles, ensuring they are suited to the needs of the proposing areas.
- Prepare selection reports and submit them for approval;
- Prepare the offer letter and terms of reference and present them to candidates;
- Prepare employment contracts in accordance with the specifications defined by the company;
- Prepare and coordinate the integration process for new employees.
- Develop and/or review the performance evaluation procedure and related forms.
- Train those involved in the performance evaluation process.
- Coordinate the annual performance evaluation process, supporting those involved in the different phases.
- Critically analyze the results of the performance evaluation and produce recommendations.
- Develop and/or update the company’s talent map and support the people committees of each business branch.
- Manage the Group’s career plans.
- Manage succession plans for key people.
- Produce process indicators.
- Consolidate the training needs of each business branch.
- Build the general annual training plan.
- Contribute to the construction and implementation of specific development plans (talents, leaders, managers).
- Coordinate the implementation of the general training plan and specific development plans, coordinating all aspects related to logistics, interaction with trainees and trainers; evaluate results and improve plans.
- Keep the training record database up to date, by employee and by business branch.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training actions and their impact on improving work.
- Coordinate the process of evaluating the effectiveness of training actions.
- Manage curricular and pre-professional internship programs and produce process indicators.
Qualifications:
- Higher education in psychology, human resources, management or another relevant area.
- Minimum of three years’ experience in implementing HR processes, with a focus on development.
- Knowledge of languages, especially English.
- Advanced knowledge of Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Ability to assess different profiles and select candidates according to the psychological profile presented in the selection process.
- Knowledge of different performance evaluation methodologies.
- Ability to build tools for measuring the internal climate and mapping opportunities for improvement.
- Advanced knowledge of the learning and development process: Ability to manage all stages and flows of training and development, from mapping needs, drawing up plans, their execution, monitoring and evaluating effectiveness.
- Ability to apply communication methodologies that enable the construction of a strong and positive image and identity, namely through compliance with communication policies, creation, and execution of internal communication plans, and knowledge of labor legislation.
- Ability to interpret applicable labor legislation, as well as its correct application.
