Requisitos:
Genéricos:
- Capacidade de pensamento analítico e conceptual;
- Atenção ao detalhe e vontade de investigar os dados ou incidentes ao pormenor;
- Orientação para o cumprimento dos prazos e resultados;
- Estar a par das mudanças e evoluções em tecnologias de segurança;
- Compromisso em prestar um serviço de excelência;
- Capacidade de organização e cumprimento das responsabilidades incumbidas conforme as prioridades estabelecidas;
- Sentido de responsabilidade, flexibilidade, proactividade e dinamismo;
- Excelente capacidade de comunicação escrita e verbal com os diversos stakeholders;
- Domínio proficiente do idioma inglês.
Técnicos:
- Licenciatura, pós-graduação ou estudante universitário em engenharia Informática ou equivalente;
- Experiência mínima de 3 anos em áreas relacionadas a TI no sector Bancário e de serviços financeiros (vantagem);
- Experiência comprovada em análise das solicitações de serviços ou problemas apresentados;
- Capacidade de identificação e resolução de problemas de Hardware e Software em computadores;
- Capacidade de registar todos os incidentes de TI e efectuar o respectivo acompanhamento até sua resolução.
