A HEINEKEN Moçambique está a recrutar um (1) Commercial Business Controller para Maputo.

Context:

We are seeking an accomplished and knowledgeable Commercial Business Controller to join the Heineken Mozambique team!

As the Commercial Business Controller, you will be the Business Partner for the OpCo Sales & Marketing Leadership Team. You will be responsible for driving the development of OpCo Commercial strategy, modelling options for business scenarios to ensure effective business decision making, and track and advise OpCo Sales and Marketing Management team on performance against target throughout the year

Based in the bustling city of Maputo, Mozambique, this role offers an opportunity to be at the heart of our Finance and Business Control function.

Your key role & responsibilities:

Lead the business planning cycle of Sales and Marketing within the OpCo for the Strategic Plans, Annual Plans and Rolling Forecast (RoFo) and supporting the sales and marketing team to break down the strategy & plans into targets by /brand/ customer/SKU projections.
Business Partnering and Decision Support: Facilitate decision making, by developing business cases, providing scenario modelling, reviewing and supporting fund applications and ad hoc analysis.
Business Performance Management: Lead and coordinate the analysis of revenue performance along the 6 pillars of revenue management as well as margin analyses by channel, customer, brand and SKU.
Lead the adoption of P&VA usage and mindset into the OpCo, perform profitability and variance analysis (P&VA) and interpret the results in line with P&VA methodology, including primary accounting posting, commercial cost allocation, C2S methodology and has a good understanding of production accounting and COGS reporting.
Credit Management – Maintain credit limits, manage and reduce overdue positions as much as possible within payment terms. Review / unblock sales order blocks.
Develop the local commercial business control finance capability

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field, master’s degree is an added advantage
At least 5 years’ working experience in Commercial controlling/ Revenue management, preferably within BASE Heilite OpCo.
Fluent in English, Knowledge of Portuguese is an added advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills
Skilled in collecting and analyzing complex data, evaluating information, and logical judgment
