A Aldelia está a recrutar um (1) Local Trainer para Maputo.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all COP and VM Staff employees receive behavioral training and training on VM products and services at the desired levels.
- Assess the effectiveness of training and modify materials and methodologies whenever deemed necessary.
- Explore different training models (classroom, e-learning and on-the-job) effectively.
- Always coordinate with Customer Line Management and support areas to identify training needs.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Management/Education/Psychology or related fields.
- Customer service experience (at least 3 years).
- Bilingual communication, written and spoken (Portuguese and English) – Fluency in Changana/Emakwa would be an advantage.
- Solid knowledge of products and services.
- Planning and design of training activities – desirable.
