A Contact está a recrutar para o seu cliente, empresa que opera no sector de petróleo e gás, um (1) Assets And Stocks Officer para Maputo.

Responsabilidades:

Answering to the Office Representative and the General Services Lead, the Assets and stocks Officer main activities will include: to manage the company’s fixed assets and inventory (office, housing and warehouse), ensure accurate record-keeping, regular physical verification, and efficient stock control through procedures like updating stock cards, preparing reports, and conducting inventory checks; labeling, recording and maintaining fixed assets in assets management tool; to conduct physical verification and reconciliation of assets, stationery, groceries, cellphone and accessories; processing proposals for the write-off of expired, obsolete or stolen assets or goods; overseeing the receipt, storage and distribution of stock items; conduct regular inventory checks to identify discrepancies and report shortages or excesses; compiling and submitting reports on company assets and inventory to management.

Requisitos:

Degree in Finance Business, or related field along;
At least 2 years’ experience in similar functions;
Experience in investment management, financial services, or specific asset classes (equities, fixed income, real estate) is highly valued;
Proficiency in using asset management software and financial tools;
Residing in the local area of the job will be an advantage.
