Responsabilidades:
Será responsável pela emissão, controlo e arquivo de faturas, notas de crédito/débito, bem como reconciliações de contas; gerir contas a receber e contas a pagar, com especial enfoque no controlo de prazos, na antecipação de cobranças e no acompanhamento de cobranças em atraso; elaboração de relatórios financeiros mensais para a Direção, oferecendo apoio em decisões de gestão; preparar e organizar a documentação contabilística e fiscal (IVA, IRPS, IRPC, INSS, entre outros) assegurando conformidade com a legislação; administrar contratos, dossiers de clientes; gerir cobranças complexas e negociação directa com clientes; prestar apoio na implementação ou optimização de sistemas de contabilidade/faturação, análise de processos existentes, identificação de melhorias e formação de utilizadores internos; garantir uma colaboração interdepartamental com equipas de vendas, operações e outras áreas para garantir coerência entre facturação, entregas, serviços prestados e fluxo de caixa da empresa;
Requisitos:
- Nível Técnico Médio profissional em Contabilidade;
- Licenciatura em Contabilidade ou Gestão, constitui uma vantagem;
- Experiência mínima de 2 a 3 anos em função similar;
- Experiência em gestão de facturação e cobranças com clientes corporativos e particulares;
- Experiência em coordenação administrativa e contacto com fornecedores, auditores e instituições públicas;
- Experiência em análise de contas e controlo de custos;
- Domínio de softwares de contabilidade e faturação (Primavera, Excel, Microsoft Office);
- Conhecimento de sistemas públicos como SISTAFE;
- Conhecimento prático de processos contabilísticos e fiscais em Moçambique;
- Conhecimento das obrigações fiscais e de segurança social;
- Domínio de reconciliações bancárias, lançamentos contabilísticos e tesouraria;
- Noções de gestão de fornecedores e contratos de serviços;
- Capacidade de comunicação em português e inglês (verbal e escrita);
- Boa capacidade organizacional, atenção ao detalhe e ética profissional.;
- Nacionalidade Moçambicana.
